This is a new, stand alone weather. It is not paired to any other weather type and it runs at a constant rate. (meaning it doesn't trigger at a certain time and then stop after a while)

Fireflies weather! Look at em go! awwww~~

Currently, their spawn is a little bit low. After you've followed the included instructions to install the weather, and you decided you want them to spawn more, find the "emission_rate 40" line inside the weather3 file and change the "40" to any higher number.
