well.. i didn't use blender for half of year? almost. i remember, that i already was getting this error, but it was a long ago. but i don't remember how i managed to fix this.
when i'm trying to export body with skeleton to see how it works in game, firstly blender shows me up this:

usually, there should be yellow text with "creatingsomethingidontrememberwhat" blah blah blah.
other models exporting without errors, but i can't export this one.

after blender tries to export that, eventually it gives an error:
Spoiler:

i give up. i tried to export ten times... but hopeless.

I don't use Blender so I'm afraid I can't offer much help. But your Blender log is saying 'matrix does not have an inverse' so I suggest you Google that problem and you should find ways to fix it.

Are you remembering to select the model first and then the skeleton? The exporter gets finicky about proper selection order.
