1. I applied the HeadMat, EyeMat, and TeethMat in blender in the correct order but this happens:
I also tried rerigging & deleting it and then re applying.






2. I realized also that when I was doing another player model, one for a friend, the eyes would work but the head would stay white even though the headmat was applied to the head. (Everything applied in order in blender2.49b).

Although it comes out as TeethMat, HeadMat, and  EyeMat, in the xml?

I'm not too sure why it is acting weird. The 2nd Mat in the list (what ever order that comes out in the xml) always seems to appear white even though everything has been applied in the correct order in blender.

I tried editing the xml but it just crashes.

Please help thank you.

I can't really tell what's going on from the screenshot. Is just one little area staying white? And could you also upload your ogre log, please? It's located in the main game folder, called "ogre.txt," and should give a bit more insight into the problem.

I believe your order is correct (if it wasn't, you'd be seeing an eye as the whole head texture or something similar) but this error did crop up in the log.

15:18:16: Can't assign material EyeMat to SubEntity of Head1 because this Material does not exist. Have you forgotten to define it in a .material script?

Have you edited the material files at all?

I also tried adding this material in but that doesn't seem to work either.

I guess I'll have to find someone who can look at it since I can't seem to figure out why my client can't read EyeMats.
