I think this problem has happened to someone else before but I searched high and low and didn't find anything on how to fix it.
Working on animations, they're fine in blender but everything is out of sync with the body in game? the wings, head, and tail move at the same speed but the body does not. It seems like the body is slower than everything else.

all I replaced was the body-armature.skeleton file, nothing else.

here's what I mean- does anyone know how to fix this? the original IT ones that I have yet to edit seem to be fine, like the crouch & crawl.

Heads, tails and wings use their own skeletons.
You must have done too long "run" animation (longer than the original one). You can shorten that to the original values or just export all other skeletons to sync.
