 "Build" problem

So,this problem has been bugging me for awhile and I am looking forward to fix it.
I just want to remind you that the thing I am doing it's new,one year ago everything was working fine but since I started to do it again,it keeps on crashing.
I just scrolled down through everything and it seems like,everything is at its place.
Maybe I am missing something,I'm not that good at coding . <<

Your GameConfig.h looks fine for me. Could you please,post a screenshot of your problem?

I thought something's wrong with my gameconfig.But,this is the problem:
As you can see,at the end of the code it says 3 failed.What could it be?

Make sure you have Microsoft Net Framework 4. If not, install it.

@Virus,I already have it installed.To make sure that it's just a minor error,I uninstalled it and installed it again.Then restarted my computer...then I got the same problem.
