PostSubject: Prey hitting 10 times per seconds ? (SOLVED)   Sat Jul 25, 2015 12:05 am

So Hedeltrez (co-owner of my server) found two critters whose hitting multiples times per seconds and it kills you in like no times, I checked what was wrong but I have literally no idea;
We tried to copy paste normal working codes like Deer but it doesn't fix it.

[Wonderland Kitten]
mesh=kitten
material=wonderlandkittenMat
scale=5
hp=1000
maxSpeed=40
decisionMin=15
decisionDeviation=15
dropList=clawsL,0.01
dropList=clawsL,0.01
dropList=BlackSpikeCollar,0.01
dropList=fangs,0.01
attackList=-50,200,0,5,5
skillDrop=Lunge,70

[BullDog]
mesh=finbuldog1
hp=750
maxSpeed=60
decisionMin=5
decisionDeviation=15
dropList=tie1,0.01
dropList=bracelet1,0.01
dropList=ScarfB,0.01
dropList=collar3,0.01
attackList=-3,7,0,0,2
skillDrop=Cure,25

I think this is because the animals have no attack animation, don't take my word on it though cos it's been a while since I've looked at cd1 files asdfasd.

But when I was working with Royal Skies we discovered that this'd happen with any prey we added that didn't have an actual attack animation (for example the Kitten and the Starfish), we could change the attackList multiple times but it didn't do anything.

If you want to make them attack like normal critters then copy the Idle or run animation and call it Attack1. This is a dirty fix but will make the attack a single attack and not a "machine-gun" attack. You must have an Attack1 animation if the critter has been set an attack in CD1.
