Hey guys ! so recently I moved to 6.0 and i'm getting confused by a lot of things, so

Third:

Gravity glitch, The character when flying is too fast, and the jump is too low.
When the character is swimming and goes up it goes too up.

I saw in this thread http://www.kitopen.com/t3087-6-0-release-feedback-thread
that a bunch of people had the same problem. And I saw that hyper fixed it by  reverting to the old method and i have no idea how.

Fourth:

Unable to revive when wounded, I saw this http://www.kitopen.com/t3159-cannot-revive?highlight=Unable+to+revive and i have the same problem i tried to edit the recovery time but it doesn't work.

The codes are all there. You'll find all the defines in the .h file and the functions in the .cpp. That colour code would be found in a .cpp file, not a .h. Just ctrl:f //pelt

Should be

ok;1 1 1

No space between the semicolon and the 1. If it's incorrect, even by a space, the aura will not show up.

Ok. I swear to god i'm going to kill something, when i'm editing or adding anything to the compile it says

So i changed it back to it's original codes but NOPE.

What is the First error shown in the log? You might have accidentally deleted ';' or '}'. Big projects suffer a lot if you lose a small symbol...


Fourth problem:
The HP is stored in 'short' dormat, so if you add for example '0.1' to the HP, it'll add 0.
In healing from wound is used
Code:
   if (addHPRatio(-0.001))setWounded(false);
As max HP is 500, it removes 0.5 from HP. If converting to short, it removes 0. So the bar doesn't move.
IYou could use there addHP(-1):

   if (addHP(-1))setWounded(false);

Last problem:
I have met this problem once - on my loopback server I suddenly became an admin without writing that. But next time I connected my char was just a usual user. One of our mods also could once on a usual character do /modon, but coulnd't repeat...

It's actually what i'm wondering, I have no idea which it refers to.
It says magixexternaldefinitions.h but I didn't edit or remove anything from there

Yay it works xD Okay so I noticed that a line was added in the magixexternaldefinitions.h and not in the original 6.0 so I copy and paste the original 6.0 into my own and it fixed it.

Thanks for the help tho !
I will test for the wound thing now.

But do you have any idea how to fix the gravity btw?

Okay so I tried to kill my character by hunting a prey and it was wounded but recovered right away after that.

Great you fixed it.

The physical model in the game is counted too complicated, I didn't go deep in it. Try changing constants GRAVITY and JUMP_ACCEL until result satisfies you.

If you increase Gravity, character won't fly high from the water. To make it jump, increase Jump_Accel. But the jumps will be very fast.
