So, I tried building again, and I got 0 succeeded and 1 failed, its probably how I typed my XOR key

I recommend you try either running the solution as an administrator or see if your version of Visual Studio is the correct ver required to build it.

anyways, i think im running as admin and i'm using 2015 visual, i have compiled before and succeeded, but i forgot to set a XOR key, i tried using my own XOR key and the default one, but nothing worked, i uncommented everything and nothing worked.

but im gonna see if my old compile will do anything though ^_^

Best double check to see if you're running it as an admin if you "think" you are, you can't run it as an admin if you haven't done anything to set it up that way.
Navigate to the solution in the folder and right click it and click run as admin. It may ask for a confirmation, just hit accept to confirm it then retry building.
XOR keys do not affect this if you have chosen the default one or have made your own.
