There are a handful of codes in charscreen such as

Code:
mUnit->setPosition(1437, 260, 2685);
Code:
mSceneMgr->getCamera("PlayerCam")->setOrientation(Quaternion(Degree(-50), Vector3::UNIT_Y));
   mSceneMgr->getCamera("PlayerCam")->setPosition(1560, 257, 2480);

These will change the camera + unit position

(don't try a direct search or you wont find anything - my positions are different than the default)
