Haven't tried out the servers yet, but in my personal testing, jumping is...very broken

I can hardly jump in the air at all

Trying to fix it on my own but I'm not getting very far

fixed by reverting to the old method

Found why gravity depended on FPS
Each frame velocity is increased by gravity*dt, as it should be in numerica integrating. But the coordinates are only increased by velocity, which is not physically right.
(v+=g*dt, and should be x+=v*dt, but is x+=v, so the more FPS is, the more times v is being added to x; if it was x+=v*dt, it wouldn't depend on FPS)
But the flying and running somehow go right with this approach, i haven't found yet how to fix this...

ok so I tested it and found a couple of problems, i'll list them:
1. You cannot heal after being killed, you're basically just wounded forever.
2. Flying (or swimming) up and down is way too fast
3. Jumping is really low, especially if you have lower fps. i'm talking about 2cm above ground low.
4. Sometimes when you fight you are sent flying to the moon from either being attacked or attacking yourself.
5. it's taking VERY long to build/rebuild

suggestions for future updates (if someone either takes over or red continues)
1. Separate colors for each marking (Head, Body, Tail)
2. Delete code that prevents double jumping with wings on default? see no point in it
3. Add a default "PVP" map, let user change it's name.
4. Sync in-game time between players, it seems like it could be day for some and night for others, not critical but it would add a nice feel.
5. Would fix item duplication (dim exploit)
6. Apply [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
7. add screenshot folder
8. Mac support (if it doesn't have one already)
9. enable xor for .world files
10. move save point file server side
11. Any sort of trading mechanism
12. Anti-theft? (prey ownership or something of the sorts)
13. Fresnel reflective water (with an option to turn off on lower-end PCs)
14. some sort of default protection against "hackers"


Other than that everything seems to be cleaner in general and the fps has increased dramatically.

Using backflip makes you go to space while using stomp brings you down faster (when flying)
