 build problem

Alright so i've had this problem going on for ages now, and i've given up on it for a while now but i decided to post about it because i really want to get my server going.

And i get this error when i build the game (whole build)
BUILD


Yes I've tried re-installing both programs, and been looking online with a friend to fix the problem but nothing is working. help would be so appreciated

Hmm, don't believe i have 2012. It says 2010, Is there any way to check?
